Chef Ru is born and raised in Mumbai with passion for food engineering. He is a culinary professional with experiences from India’s topmost five star hotels and air catering companies. After running a homegrown restaurant in Indo-Chinese cuisine at Shivaji Park- Mumbai, he ventured in US. He is a culinary innovator, well known for introducing Indo-Chinese cuisine in USA restaurants with Bombay Chinese in Dallas and Temptations in Mountain View, Bay area. Currently, working as corporate chef but still eager in serving customers authentic and delicious Indian taste. He specialize in Indo-Chinese, Bombay street food and Maharashtrian cuisines.
