Santushta Weekly Meal Service Instructions and Rules

Welcome to Santushta by Chef Ru! Here’s everything you need to know about our service:

About Santushta

Santushta is a weekly meal service curated by Chef Ru, your certified personal chef. We offer meal portions starting at 24 Oz and 38 Oz. Our meals are delivered every Monday to the Morgan Hill surrounding area.

Ordering and Delivery

  • Order Deadline: Place your order by Sunday noon for the upcoming Monday delivery.
  • Delivery Day: Meals are delivered every Monday.
  • Weekly Subscription: Opt for weekly delivery and receive your Santushta meals at home every Monday.
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery with a minimum order of $85.

Payment Methods

To maintain a niche service, we accept payments through Zelle and Venmo:

  • Zelle: Send payments to rudesikitchen@gmail.com (registered under the name 'SUPRIYA').
  • Venmo: Send payments to @ruskitchen (if asked for the last four digits of the phone number, use 6940).

Note: Orders are confirmed only upon payment.

How to Place an Order

  1. Sign Up: Register as a new customer. https://ruskitchen.us/account/login 
  2. Select Dishes: Browse and select your dishes from our product list. Use the search function (top right) to find specific dishes.
  3. Continue to Payment: After selecting your dishes, press 'Continue Payment'.
    • Important: No payment is made on the website. We continue to accept payments through Zelle or Venmo to keep our service niche.
  4. Complete Order: Press 'Complete Order'. You will see your order number on the website and receive an email confirmation.

Post-Order Information

  • Delivery Confirmation: Your meals will be delivered on Monday.
  • Order Updates: If you need to update your order, send us an email or text at 408-442-8291.
  • Order Issues: If you experience any issues while placing an order, WhatsApp us at 408-442-8291.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Undelivered Items: Full refund if we do not deliver an item within a reasonable time.
  • Incomplete Deliveries: Partial refund if we miss an item (e.g., bread for Misal).
  • Spoiled Food: Full refund if the food is spoiled.
  • Taste Issues: If the food does not meet your taste preferences, we request you not to order the same item again. No refunds are given for taste issues.
  • Service Denial: We reserve the right to deny our services to any individual at any time. No money will be charged or any collected money will be refunded if services are not provided.
